Terms and Conditions
We only offer our wholesale pricing to legitimate shop owners. Legitimate shop owners are retail outlets that will be purchasing our products for the sole purpose of reselling them in their shop. Because of this you must inform us of your shop details upon application for wholesale credit! We will not approve access without it. We also reserve the right to further confirm that you are an actual shop owner by requesting additional information from you before approving access to our site. In certain circumstances we may decide to sell wholesale to online stores and websites. Please provide us with URL and we will assess wholesale permission

Our pictures,descriptions and ALL content that appears on our site are our copyright material, and can not under any circumstances be used on your site! Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate suspension of your wholesale account and relevent steps taken to remove the content! We take copyright theft seriously!
General
All prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are wholesale.
Minimum Order
Minimum order is £150 - you will receive a 5% wholesale discount. For orders over £250 - you will receive a 10% discount. Any orders received that do not meet minimum requirements, will be adjusted to meet the minimum or be cancelled.
Because most of our items are handmade by us, items will be ready to ship within 2 weeks - if we estimate this may be longer we will let you know. However, during peak buying times, there may be an occassional delay. If you are ordering during a peak time, please contact us for your exact shipping times.
Shipping
All shipping charges are free in the UK!!! All wholesale orders will ship via Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards via Nochex. We also accept Paypal, Postal Order, and Cheques. All payments by Cheque will require bank clearance before products are shipped.
Orders
Please note that we will need a bit more time to make a wholesale order - please check for dispatch times before ordering! For Crystals we may have to order them in for you which can take 14 days - and for Products - we have to custom make each one so please be sure to include all colour choices required and leave us plenty of time to make them before dispatch! We will keep in touch regarding estimated dispatch times!
Backorders
We always try to ship our orders complete,however,we may occasionally have to back order an item. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as it is available. Thanks for your patience.
