Postage is totally FREE for all UK customers! All items are sent either via First Class, First Class Recorded or Special Delivery. International buyers please see table for shipping zones!! For all custom made products please allow up to 7 days before dispatch! Details given at checkout or on individual items! For products in stock then same or next day delivery usually occurs! All items are sent via insured delivery so there is no need to purchase any extra insurance! Shop with confidence that your items will arrive safe and sound!!

| RETURNS POLICY.
All products are thoroughly checked and tested prior to dispatch so all are in perfect working order! If a product is deemed to be faulty then we offer a no quibble refund/replacement policy! All items must be returned within 14 days to qualify! Please note that care must be taken with our products as they are all handmade and it is possible that dropping or misuse of items may loosen crystals! Spares are provided with most orders however care must be taken! We offer Free UK postage on all items! All items are sent using a signed for service!
