How do I pay?

We accept payment via Paypal or Nochex! You do not need an account to do this! Simply follow through the checkout and you will be directed to the relevant process - please select payment method at checkout!!
Paypal:
You do not need an account for paypal! You can simply type in your details as you would on any site!!
Nochex:
You do not need an account for nochex! You simply type in your card details and payment is made through their secure servers!
We also accept UK uncrossed postal orders and cheques! International buyers please Paypal only!

All products are thoroughly checked and tested prior to dispatch so all are in perfect working order! If a product is deemed to be faulty or not what you expected then we offer a no quibble refund/replacement policy! All items must be returned within 14 days to qualify! Full product costs will be refunded minus our posting costs! Please return all items using a signed for service to ensure safe receipt by us! Please ensure sufficient postal insurance is provided to cover item. !

Yes that is fine - we like showing off! We are currently moving into our own workshop so if you live near Scarborough - North Yorkshire - then contact us for a viewing time to see some samples of our work in our lovely showroom!!

If you take care of your "bling" then there is no reason why it wont last for ever! We include spare crystals with most orders that you can quickly glue on if you loose a stone or two!

This is not recommended and Couture Crystal hold no responsability for any damage occured by removing crystals!
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
When can I expect my order to arrive?

Certain items we have ready made and "in stock" and we aim to ship these out same or next day. On each item there is an estimated dispatch time for guidance on posting times! During peak periods and busy times we may have a slight delay on your order but we will always let you know if this is the case! We generally say 7 days tops for your orders but it is usually quicker!
Q: Can I pick a different colour?
I love this item but would like it in a different colour!

No problem! Simply drop us an email using our contact us page! Let us know which item you are interested in and which colour you would like it to be made in and we will discuss your requirements! 99% of the time we are able to make all items in any colour stocked!
Q: Are your crystals genuine??
Are your crystals genuine Swarovski?

Yes they most certainly are!! Here at Couture Crystal we only EVER use genuine Swarovski crystals! We love them for their sheer brilliance and shine!! We only use the best in our designs!
Q: How much is Shipping?
How much do you charge for postage??

We have a chart located on the left hand side of our store! We offer FREE UK Postage!! Europe is 5.50 per order and Rest of World is 7.00. We only charge shipping once per order and we use Royal Mail Signed For Service which is fully insured for your peace of mind!
